Editor’s note: Hello everyone! — I know it’s been a terribly long time since we’ve posted here–mea culpa, mea culpa. I have neglected to keep the website updated over the past several months as we’ve been traveling and writing. I’ll do better from now on, promise! Please stay tuned for more regular updates in the coming months. – Tommy
After several long months of traveling, performing, writing and arranging, we are proud to announce that we are finally headed back into the studio to record our third full-length album!
This project is gonna be a bit different than our recordings in the past. We’re going to be tracking the songs ourselves with the help of our bandmates Sam Whedon and Sebastian Green on Sam’s farm in upstate New York. As such, we’re hoping these recordings will have a more do-it-yourself, lo-fi, organic feel than our previous albums. We’re gonna start with a few of the tunes from the Weekly Songwriting Experiment we did in early 2017, and we’re gonna polish some brand-spanking new, never-before-heard songs as well. The setting for all of this work will be the very depths of winter, since Schoharie County (where the farm is) got three feet of snow the week before our arrival. The plan is to hole up in this white winter wonderland for the rest of March and work until we’ve got a record.
So today we begin! We’re excited and anxious and ready. Wish us luck!

Hey guys, been a while since I’ve seen you guys play. Really looking forward to hearing your new material. I envy you guys as recording was such a healing experience when I recorded the CD for Gastric Cancer Research. Still writing and playing with a small group of guys. Good luck!! I know it will be awesome. Hope to see you all soon. Maggie
